Build the shared place the market was missing.

ACP iLink brought documents, pricing, timelines, and accountability into one working view for a market that had been coordinating the work across spreadsheets, email, and disconnected data rooms.

The workflow existed. The shared view did not.

Investors, sponsors, brokers, and service providers needed the same documents, dates, pricing, and next actions. Each participant had part of the picture. No one had a reliable view of the whole. I was close enough to the market to see where the work broke down, then led the product from the first wireframe through production and continued use.

Product decisions

The product earned trust one useful decision at a time.

01

Organize around the portfolio

Give investors a chronological view of events and obligations across every bond they managed, rather than asking them to reconstruct the picture deal by deal.

02

Make accountability visible

Use notifications and shared timelines to reduce chasing, clarify ownership, and keep the deal moving without another layer of manual coordination.

03

Remove friction from access

Provide document access through the product and API without per-file fees. The contrast with gated alternatives gave customers a reason to insist on continued access.

04

Turn data into a working view

Move pricing from static files toward an interactive history that helped users see a bond in the context of the market.

Adoption became part of the product strategy.

The strongest signals came from use: which information people returned for, what they asked to access directly, and where a shared view removed enough friction to change the workflow.
